Idaho Contest and Loyalty Rules

1. Idaho Cannabis Status

Cannabis remains prohibited in Idaho. HigherScore is not currently operating cannabis loyalty programs in ID. These rules are provided for informational purposes.

2. State-Specific Regulations

The following regulations apply to HigherScore programs in Idaho:

• Cannabis prohibited
• No medical program
• Strict enforcement

3. Age Verification

All participants in Idaho must be at least 21 years of age. HigherScore verifies age at account creation and may request additional verification for high-value redemptions.

4. Promotional Limitations

Idaho cannabis regulations may impose restrictions on:

• Types of prizes that can be offered
• Marketing and advertising of promotions
• Discount structures and point values
• Frequency of promotional campaigns

HigherScore works with participating brands to ensure all promotions comply with ID requirements.

5. Data Privacy

6. Dispute Resolution

Disputes involving Idaho participants will be resolved according to the general Contest Rules, with the following additions:

• Governing law: Laws of the State of Idaho
• Venue: Courts located in Idaho (for state-specific claims)
• Regulatory complaints may be filed with the Idaho cannabis regulatory authority
