Kansas Contest and Loyalty Rules

1. Kansas Cannabis Status

Cannabis remains prohibited in Kansas. HigherScore is not currently operating cannabis loyalty programs in KS. These rules are provided for informational purposes.

The following regulations apply to HigherScore programs in Kansas:

3. Age Verification

All participants in Kansas must be at least 21 years of age. HigherScore verifies age at account creation and may request additional verification for high-value redemptions.
