Cannabis remains prohibited in Nebraska. HigherScore is not currently operating cannabis loyalty programs in NE. These rules are provided for informational purposes.

The following regulations apply to HigherScore programs in Nebraska:

3. Age Verification

All participants in Nebraska must be at least 21 years of age. HigherScore verifies age at account creation and may request additional verification for high-value redemptions.

4. Promotional Limitations
