1. Texas Cannabis Status

Texas currently permits only low-THC/CBD products. HigherScore operates limited programs for qualifying CBD retailers in the state.

2. State-Specific Regulations

The following regulations apply to HigherScore programs in Texas:

• Very limited medical
• Low THC only
• Compassionate use

3. Age Verification

All participants in Texas must be at least 21 years of age. HigherScore verifies age at account creation and may request additional verification for high-value redemptions.

4. Promotional Limitations

Texas cannabis regulations may impose restrictions on:

• Marketing and advertising of promotions
• Discount structures and point values
• Frequency of promotional campaigns

HigherScore works with participating brands to ensure all promotions comply with TX requirements.

6. Dispute Resolution

Disputes involving Texas participants will be resolved according to the general Contest Rules, with the following additions:

• Governing law: Laws of the State of Texas
• Venue: Courts located in Texas (for state-specific claims)
