Wyoming Contest and Loyalty Rules

1. Wyoming Cannabis Status

Cannabis remains prohibited in Wyoming. HigherScore is not currently operating cannabis loyalty programs in WY. These rules are provided for informational purposes.

The following regulations apply to HigherScore programs in Wyoming:

3. Age Verification

All participants in Wyoming must be at least 21 years of age. HigherScore verifies age at account creation and may request additional verification for high-value redemptions.

4. Promotional Limitations
